2Hip offers a 24/7 NOC solution where daily network operations are performed by experienced 2Hip engineers. Customer-equipment is added to our monitoring-platform where the equipment will be actively monitored. We’ll track items like bandwidth-usage, CPU- and memory-usage, availability of connections, collect and analyse syslog-data and respond to alerts.

With continuous monitoring and management we make sure our customer’s infrastructure operates at the highest level possible regarding availability, performance and security.

Customers with a support-contract benefit from 24/7 support but we can also offer solutions for support on normal business days, during holidays etc. 

Remote Hands

2Hip engineers are visiting the datacenters where our customers’ equipment is located on a regular basis. Remote hands for fitting extensions and/or upgrades to existing operational platforms can be performed to your needs.
